Cancellation policy applies to all bookings direct with David Collett, through online booking system or through Parkhurst Stables & Equestrian.
Coaching
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of lesson, any cancellation within 24 hours requires full payment for lessons.
Clinics
No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of clinic day, any cancellation within 24 hours require 50% payment for clinic and full payment for arena fee.
For pre-paid clinics, cancellation within 24 hours will be refunded by 50% only, and no refund on arena fee.
Exceptions
During or forecast severe weather events. Please dress appropriately and prepare for changes in weather.
We endeavor to run all coaching and clinics regardless of the weather.
